Our campaigns are 100% outbound

​

1. Must have good or native English, at least 85%. Slight accent, but must speak clearly and great grammar.

​

2. Must have some computer CRM knowledge, but not mandatory.

​

3. Experience in Google Workspace for business. Google Sheet, Google Doc, and GMAIL preferred.

​

4. MUST have retention or sales experience. You will be tested by role playing.

​

5. Must be Money Hungry $$$$$$, competative and willing to be the best. 

​

Call-Core in Boaco works with many multi-million dollar E-Commerce businesses in the U.S. that sell Gadgets, Vitamins, supplements, Diabetic Supplements, Male enhancement, and many more products. 

​

Your job will be to call customers who are already intertested on the product. Customers leave their number and so the agent must call them back and make the sale. BOOM.

​

Basic Salary is only $500/month just to secure your basic according to goverment laws, but the real money comes in on the commissions. We pay high commissions. 

​

Commissions ranges between $600 to $800 BI-WEEKLY. Not including your basic salary, spiffs, bonuses and prizes. That's seperate. It all depends how good you are on the phones. So, if you do not have sales experience and/or Retention experience please DO NOT APPLY.

 

We offer INSS, Free Gym, Vacation, Aguinaldo, Great Working Environment, Flexible Schedule after 90 days working at Call Core, 2 days off, and if you need to move to Boaco we help you find a nice place, get settled and first-month rent free on us.
