We are looking for a female agent with 2 years minimum in the BPO industry.

Must be Fluent in English. Preferably someone that lived in the states. 85% English or more.

​

Must be tech-savvy and able to easily learn new software.

​

Knowledgeable of CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.

​

Must have retention and sales experience.

​

This is a multi-million dollar e-commerce business in the beauty and cosmetic field. This is an inbound customer service position.

​

You will also do retention and soft outbound to existing customers. $900 a month plus commissions to start.  After 90 days, $1,000 per month plus commissions. No cap.
